The retreat is designed as a fully immersive experience combining wellness, culture, dance, and connection. It includes accommodation, all meals, round-trip airport transfers, travel assistance insurance, on-site coordination, and a carefully curated program of workshops and activities throughout the stay.
Is transportation included?
Yes. Group airport transfers to and from the retreat location are included, along with transportation for all scheduled activities included in the program.
If you decide to explore on your own during free time or opt out of a scheduled activity, any transportation arrangements outside the retreat program will be at your own expense.
Will there be free time?
Yes. The program includes free time to relax, enjoy the mountains, rest and recharge at your own pace.
Is travel insurance included?
Yes. Travel assistance insurance covering the retreat program, assistance services, and emergency support during all included activities is provided.
However, we strongly recommend purchasing additional travel insurance to cover international flights, trip cancellation, lost luggage, and any pre-existing medical conditions or specific healthcare needs.

What is not included?
International flights, alcoholic beverages, optional activities booked independently, and travel cancellation insurance are not included in the retreat price.
